Do unused credits roll over?

Monthly credits reset at the start of each billing cycle. Bonus credits earned through community contributions never expire.

Can I switch plans mid-cycle?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and we prorate the difference. Downgrades apply at the end of the current cycle.

What happens if I run out of credits?

Accepted Answer

You can upgrade your plan or wait for the next billing cycle. Any in-flight generation completes, but new ones are blocked until you have credits.

How do I pick a model?

Each Studio screen recommends a default model based on your prompt and aspect ratio. You can always override.

Why does the same prompt cost different credits in different models?

Accepted Answer

Each model has its own compute cost. Premium models (Sora 2, Veo 3.1, Kling 3.0) cost more per generation than fast models (Seedream 4.5, Nanobanana Pro).

Can I delete my account?

Accepted Answer

Yes — Account → Settings → Delete account. We retain billing records as required by law for 7 years; everything else is purged within 30 days.

Is my work private by default?

Yes. Generations are private to your account. You can opt in to share to the public Gallery from each generation.

Where is data stored?

Accepted Answer

On Cloudflare's global edge (D1 + R2). We use SOC 2-aligned access controls and encrypt everything at rest and in transit.
