Refund Policy

AI generations consume real GPU compute that we pay for upfront. Refunds reflect that — but we honor good-faith requests.

1. Subscription refunds

Within 7 days of first purchase: full refund if you've consumed less than 10% of monthly credits.
After 7 days: no refund for the current cycle; cancel any time to stop future renewals.
Annual plans: prorated refund for unused full months minus a 15% restocking fee, within the first 30 days.

2. Failed generations

If a generation fails because of our infrastructure, credits are automatically refunded to your wallet. If a model returns a result you consider unusable, that's a creative judgment we generally don't refund — but reach out and we'll review.

3. How to request

Email support@aicatch.online from the address on your account, with your transaction id (visible in Account → Billing). We respond within 3 business days.

4. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback before contacting us results in account suspension while we investigate. Resolved disputes restore access.

Statutory rights (EU/UK/CA) override anything stricter on this page.
